This Privacy Policy explains what information ZIYO.co collects, why we collect it, how it is used and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
Contact and order details you provide (name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address), custom design briefs, wishlist and cart activity, customer-care correspondence, and technical information such as device type, browser and pages viewed.
2. How we use your information
To process and deliver orders, manage custom design bookings, provide customer care, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations in the United Arab Emirates, and — where you have opted in — send news about new arrivals, collections and offers.
3. Payments
Card and instalment payments are processed by our payment partners, including tabby and tamara. ZIYO.co does not store full card numbers. Payment providers handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.
4. Sharing with service providers
We share only what is necessary with couriers and delivery partners, payment providers, hallmarking and certification bodies (DCL, IGI), and IT service providers who host and support this website. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies keep your bag and wishlist working, remember your language and store preference, and help us understand how the website is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
6. Data retention
Order, invoice and hallmarking records are retained for as long as required by UAE law and for warranty, exchange and after-sales support. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, by emailing support@ziyo.co. Every marketing message also includes an unsubscribe option.
8. Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and customer data access is limited to those who need it to fulfil your order. Because no transmission or storage is ever completely secure, please do not send payment details by email or messaging apps.
9. Children
Children's jewellery is purchased by adults. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
